One of my very favorite families! Such sweet girls and just lovely parents. Been shooting the Menendez Family since their oldest turned 1 and she just turned 5….so, 4 years with this sweet and precious family. So very honored to have them in front of my lens time and time again! We met up last weekend (FINALLY after 2 reschedules due to crazy Texas winter weather) to capture some family photos since the girls turned 2 and 5 last month. Perfect weather, perfect family….can’t ask for more! Love so many of these!!

Baby Kinley {6 Months}

Well, friends! My 1st session (and 2nd…blog coming soon!) of 2017 is in the books….and it was with the always sweet and beautiful East family! Met up with them a couple of weekends ago to capture their sweet littlest gal at 6 months. Can’t even believe how fast the past 6 months have flown by…and can’t wait to see them again for little miss’s 1 year session this summer!

Introducing…..our sweet Eli!

Well, I fully intended to post this earlier being that our sweet baby boy made his debut almost 3 months ago (whoops!), but he IS baby #4…..and it has been a little bit like crazy town around here!! Baby Eli Cruz made his debut on October 17, 2016 at 10:24pm weighing 8 lbs, 6 oz and measuring 22.5 inches long. The gender was a surprise again this time and we were just all so thrilled to find out that our little caboose was in fact a BLUE caboose….especially big brother who was very much hoping for a little brother! He is the most wonderful and perfect little completion to our family.
We are just so head over heels in love over here and feeling so, so complete….and blessed. Incredibly blessed.
And now I just have to show off our newest little nugget!

I took a few of his newborn pictures myself (all of those above), but I also had a sweet friend of mine, Jenna Sefkow with Snapberry Photographs, come to our home to shoot some family pics as well. We are finally complete…these are just sooo special to me and I will treasure them forever. Thank you so very much, Jenna!


I *AM* back to work now and booking for Spring…..excited to see what 2017 brings our way and very much looking forward to working with all of my clients, both old and new!!

Off to have a baby…

Well, the time has come…..our family will be welcoming another little sweetie into our lives and this big world in just a few short weeks! As a result, I will be on maternity leave from now until the end of 2016. I will be answering emails for the time being (although it may be a little slower than usual…), and booking for January 2017 and forward. And as crazy as it sounds, with the hustle and bustle of Fall and the holidays coming up….2017 will be here before we know it! I have several sessions on my books for January and am very much looking forward to shooting again, but for now…I am just so incredibly excited and very much looking forward to spending this Fall enjoying my family and our new arrival…..so many good times to come!! And in 2017 too!! A huge heartfelt hug and so many thanks to my wonderful clients who have kept me busy this past year and made it one of my busiest (minus my normal crazy busy fall, so that is saying a lot since I usually shoot 1/3 of my sessions in the fall). Looking forward to 2017 and continuing to capture my favorite families and babies grow…and meeting new ones as well! Have a blessed Fall and holiday season! My next post will be introducing our newest and littlest family member….can hardly wait! Much love, friends!

The Ronk Family

And on to the Ronk family….this sweet family has been coming to me every fall for the past 3 years and they are just the sweetest. Sweet Noah and Hunter have grown SO much. That’s the best part of my job….watching these sweet loyal clients of mine and their families grow. Love it!!
