A Little Bit About Me…

Hello, and thanks so much for stopping by!
My name is Monica, and I am married to one pretty amazing guy (for going on 19 years!) and am a mama to 4 sweet kiddos….my two teenagers (15 and 17) and my 2 littles (7 and 9)! My family is my world, and I am so incredibly blessed to have such amazing people to call family.

I truly believe that photography just kind of found me…..and that it is what I was destined to be doing.
If you would have asked me years ago, what I would be doing in say 10-15 years, I probably would not have said photography. Now, I can’t begin to imagine my life without a camera in my hands. I purchased my first digital SLR camera a few weeks before my oldest daughter was born almost 18 years ago, and the rest is pretty much history. Having my babies made me realize just HOW important it is to freeze time and moments in photographs. Kids grow so fast….life changes and is just flying right by us….and there are millions of moments and milestones in between that need to be captured in images that will last a lifetime.

I have been in business for almost 12 years, and I feel truly blessed to be able to be doing something that I absolutely love everyday, and to capture life and love for my clients. I have gained so many friendships and been a part of so many amazing moments in that time.
Photography is something that I am extremely passionate about…I love telling your story through my lens. 
I truly love what I do and I am honored to be able to capture such important times in my clients’ lives!
